Spend 2 days in a small intimate class setting learning from our Master Clinicians Mentors on fundamental skills & procedures needed in urgent care. The entire 2 day skills workshop consists of 4 half day workshops (Laceration Repair, Ortho Splinting, EKG Review and Xray Review) and offers a total of 20 AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits. Our 2 day Urgent Care Workshop Bootcamp is only available for registration during our Summer Conference (Urgent Care Medical Summit).
Laceration Repair Workship (Basic level - half day)Learn and perform 5+ suturing techniques including simple interrupted stitches, continuous stitches, buried stitches, vertical mattress, and horizontal mattress.
Orthopedic Splinting Workship (Basic level - half day)Learn and perform 4+ splints for common sports and orthopedic injuries seen in the urgent care.
EKG Review Workship (Basic level - half day)Learn and review dozens of common EKG's seen in urgent care in a group learning small classroom setting.
X-Ray Review Workship (Basic level - half day)Learn and review dozens of common X-rays seen in the urgent care in a group learning small class room setting.
This is worth 20 CME credit.
